What happened to them is a mistery. They silently disbanded I assume. Their sales were shit, free-will blamed it on Junno's vocals and they got a new young and more attractive vo. As for simmilar bands, try Kagerou and STEREO C.K. but they don't sound too much like Libido or Gashuu. Still somewhat close.

I don't know. They still release stuff, but since its the same stuff over and over again (that was never really amazing to begin with) I started to lose interest in them. How about you?
