It's all done in Ableton Live via software. Always digital, cause I like the flexibility. If you want to get technical, I use various digital instruments modeled on classic FM synthesizer designs and modified drum samples from vintage kits like the 808. Lots of delay as well. If they posted it, on their Myspace I assume, then IMO it's far more likely they're simply the final band playing so they assume they're the 'headliner' when, for this venue in particular I've noticed since it is out of the way, the headliner goes second to last with one of the 'lesser' bands playing the graveyard shift to a diminshed crowd that left after the previous band.

Works for me, it's a mate's b'day on the 4th so there's a chance I'm going to be up in Newcastle that weekened anyways. Where'd you hear the date had changed?
