Personally nowadays I only really like Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman. We need to start with something[2]. Today Black Sabbath is still quite good, it's mostly Ozzy who tends to screw things up. Dio, Glenn Hughes, Tony Martin, Ian Gillan, pretty much all former vocalists of Sabbath swipe the floor with Ozzy. In fact, probably maimothaintheshower would do that as well. Reunion was not bad, nothing outstanding as it should've been.

Speak of the Devil is the best Ozzy live album, another great one being "Tribute to Randy Rhoads". Otherwise, his remaining live albums are meh, and that's because when I was 13 I was an Ozzy fanboy.

Maybe you misspelt, but "Live at Last" and "Past Lives" are technically the same album. I heard it before and I agree, it's a very good performance of Ozzy Osbourne. "Speak Of The Devil" has also a great performance from Ozzy, it's by his solo band and it only has Sabbath songs. Check it out.
