I'm glad to hear it. I kind of lost faith after her Chicago show, and then that "complilation" with Kreayshawn... But the amount of honesty that she put forth in her tumblr has me hooked again. That, and Visions is a fucking epic album.

To all my Last.fm friends; Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

how was grimes when you saw her? i saw her right before she played austin city limits, and one of her synthesizers gave out between then and Austin... I think it botched things.

He knows so much about these things.

Somebody is enjoying Ms. Adele.

lool thanks. And the good thing is I don't even have to work hard to maintain - just trim like once a week; done.

Yes indeed. :) Nice taste in music.

Glad to see you like The National... Hope you like this! http://www.last.fm/music/Not+a+Thing+to+Believe+In/Human+Cloud

It's amazing how in your library are pop stars, experimental and indie artists, your music taste is fantastic!

maybe, was just adding some people from motown that like some good jams

Your musical compatibility with BreakingSenator is SUPER

Yeah, i need to listen to it a bit more, it's a grower. Nice, can't wait to make my way over that side of the US.

Thanks - it might well be, but I got it from Dinosaur Jr.'s cover of their album Green Mind. I'll return your compliment with a comment on your great taste in music =D I see you're a fan of Broken Social Scene and M.I.A.; I saw BSS the other month and will be seeing M.I.A. in January - super excited for that.

Yeah! That music compatibility meter is nearly bursting! See that you listen to Gold Panda, like the album? What part of the states are you from! I should be back over there in April!

nice music! thanks for checking my prof out :)

Kurt, where did you get that snazzy artists-in-text compilation graphic on your profile? Also, I'm very surprised you have under 1,100 artists in your library - I was expecting at least double that figure

It will definitely be playing often thanks to us. And I love your idea about mixes. I'm going to start on one this weekend.

Yes, I went to Philly once w/ the boys in '06 to see Madonna. We weren't staying in the city though and I felt like I didn't get the "proper" experience so I'm excited to go again. I really love Aphrodite and find myself listening to it constantly... the first half is my favorite. I think you and I just have a greater capacity to appreciate good pop music ;-) Uganda is great but I've had my fill. 2 weeks 'til I'm gone!

I am so excited for our trip and the concert. We have so much fun ahead. And I miss you! Also, School of Seven Bells is coming to Ann Arbor in Sept. How is the new album?

Well My Night with a Prostitute from Marseille is fantastic (from his Holland EP) and How to Loose Weight is the album that he made years ago when he was like 15, track 5, 11, 6... they are all pretty great actually!

I know, he's great, how can anyone be so talented? Do you listen to his realpeople stuff?

i applaud your strong conviction. throw it out and move on.

what's your verdict on MGMT-Congratulations? disappointment? good not great?

you listen to a cool mix of stuff :)

I just really like music :)

thanks for the request! nice taste!

yay you're going to the hold steady!

Loving your charts..

It worked? lol

Fuck thats because everyone is downloading it lmao! If I can't get another link soon just bare with me and i'll upload it myself in a couple hours. Hopefully I can get another working link. It always happens this on leak day, lol!

Heya, sorry for getting back to you so late. I'll surely send KO at Home. Maybe for that Native Korean Rock in exchange, hm? :D x

no problem :)

http://stopsleepingyo.blogspot.com/2009/08/broken-social-scene-love-will-tear-us.html here you are!

I want to suck your music; I'm thieving it when I return to Morgantown. Remind me to steal 'Get Me Bodied' and learn how to bend backwards

Thank you, it's probably the single band that remained a favourite of mine over time.. the rest all seem to get 'meh' after a while

Hehe, hello again :)

Yeah I havent got her new album yet, just Laughing With. What other songs are good off that new album? Ohmygosh I love her old stuff.. just how beautifully random some of her songs are.

I havent heard mcuh of the new Regina Stuff, just Laughing With which is pretty damn brilliant. Do you like it?
