Drawing upon a fusion of genre influences like future garage, breakbeat, idm, deep house, and ambient, A Path Untold seeks to unearth new emotional response patterns within the listener for a mutually connective experience.
This album is the first release on the newly established Aligning Minds Recordings label, which will focus on “electronic music crafted with an emphasis on emotional depth and personal perspective.”
Crafted over the course of two years, this collection of 9 tracks explores various styles and structures, focusing on off-kilter rhythms, haunting modalities, a strong use of organic, found-sound and ethereal vocal explorations to create an otherworldly vibe.
Conceptually, the album is about self/collective discovery, light found within darkness, numinous experience, secrets, and the process of inward/outward illumination.
