My scrobbler is busted and my ipod was stolen so it may be a few more weeks until I start scrobbling again (need a new computer blah) I'm really getting into Jazz at the moment, Charles Mingus, Pharoah Sanders, Ron Carter. Newer stuff I'm liking is King Midas Sound and Venetian Snare's new one. I'm going back to listening to Reggae after many years and I'm loving some Peter Tosh and good ol' Bob too

Heard it. A friend got a pre-ordered copy. It has great moments but sometimes is a little poppier than previous Polvo records. Heard it at BBQ - and did not give it full attention. They have never come to Australia. I hope they do.

day before yesterday, my best friend told me that jesus lizard are coming to stockholm in september. so ive just bought me a ticket. i am super excited 6 weeks ahead. :-) she's seen them live before, but i havent. someone added a shout to to the event stating that he'll pour beer over david yow after the concert as a protest over the age limit at the club where they're playing. anyway, take care.

the former owner of the group messaged me and asked if i wanted to take over, i didnt create it myself. and i have to admit, i havent been active in adding information or keeping an eye on it. i havent been all that active here in general for some time since my computer broke down, and i moved to another open space office so i cant listen to music at work either. dull dull dull.

I would say that one site has probably had the single most biggest impact on my listening habits. Scary to say this, but I pretty much agree with the guy 100% on everything (except for his Tori Amos reviews haha). It's also just hilarious.
