i dont think its too difficult. im sure theres a place i can find a physical copy. its just that im not sure how to convert vinyl or cd into mp3s. im assuming that is what u did to scrobble the album? sorry to be a pain, just really would love to listen to this one

Time flies huh? I actually had a profile I started in 2007, but deleted it in 2009 (to shake someone off), and immediately started a new one.

Not new as in new, but new to me. Finally gotten round to listening to Nocturnal Emissions, and they're really rocking my world. The albums 'Spiritflesh', 'Stoneface', 'Invocation of the Beast Gods', and 'Cathedral' are the ones I've been listening to. All brilliant.

I guess over the last 9 years I've heard more bands and expanded my library, though still pretty much love everything I listened to back then (maybe backed off some acts a tad). I have to say though, that apart from a great group that used to be on here (you know, before they changed it and fucked up lastfm); where we would have "listening assignments" and listen to bands that were new to us and discuss them; this platform hasn't shaped what I listen to, so I stick around for the charts coz I'm a music nerd.

My favourite Mother of Invention album is "We're Only In It For The Money", my favourite Zappa album is "You Are What You Is"; though "Over Nite Sensation", "Apostrophe(')", "Joe's Garage", "Man From Utopia" are also favourites. I would start with stuff by The Mothers - either the album I already mentioned or "Absolutely Free" and "Uncle Meat".

lastfm revival! or do you still use it? They played "Bremen Nacht Alternative" recently in the radio. It's awesome and i didn't know it before. Do you know any other hits by The Fall? They got quite a lot of albums.
