There's nothing quite like Boris sadly, but check out Melvins, Boris are named after a Melvins song. Some other obvious stoner stuff to start with is Electric Wizard's Dopethrone, Sleep's Holy Mountain and Kyuss. Also check out Earth if you havn't already.
