It's a glorious summer-chill album... maybe I just say that 'cause I discovered it in summer XP

Good review. It's pretty spot on too - not a very, very good album, but it's a nice one of listen to to relax.

Let's Get Out Of This Country is sooo good, even if they're just Belle & Sebastian Part II.

And yet your top band is one that would never make it big if it came out today... And Amy Winehouse... Eck. And before you diss ICP too much, dismiss the shock factor songs and take the ones that are based off of Edgar Allen Poe or older songs that date way before we were born. Those are really good. The rest sucks, yea I'll admit that.

Wow did you just listen to 9 songs of a non-hyped-up-shit-ASR-band-that-sucks band? Mark me down as IMPRESSED.

You might like Coldplay's new song that got sort of released today. It's pretty Elton John-like.

You have it all wrong. 1. Ween suck. 2. World Inferno are the bomb. End. And Afroman is genius.

Your musical compatibility rating with ihateguitarists is: Super You share many artists in common, including The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Belle and Sebastian, John Lennon, and The Who. all the best :)

Since when did you become Andrew and Aaron Part 2? What do you think of World Inferno?

Actually my friend keeps borrowing my iPod and listening to those stupid songs during school. I'll stick with originals.

Haha, #5 in the scheme of things is no problem. It's unfortunately just an overlooked album.

Whatever, I'm not gonna argue with you, because 1) you won't listen, and 2) I could find faults in genres, still won't listen. *waits for Dean*

Lifted is really good. It just takes a while to get into, because of its length. Lover I Don't Have to Love Waste of Paint Make War Bowl of Oranges, Let's Not Shit Ourselves (To Love and Be Loved), and Don't Know When But a Day is Gonna Come..all great

wrong. Lifted, Letting off the Happiness, Fevers, Wide Awake and Cassadaga are great

Haha, the fact that you didn't even get through Digital Ash tells me you probably didn't like it much.

By the way since you like OoS so much, your next logical step would probably be Absolution. Then probably Black Holes & Revelations, then Showbiz. But I suggest getting all three now, because they're all pretty perfect. And if you feel daring, get Hullabaloo, their b-side collection. And then HAARP, their life-changing live album.

I'm Wide Awake, It's Boring has nothing on Rilo Kiley. I think you'd jump on their ship quite easily. Get whatever album you want. 'The Execution Of All Things' or 'More Adventurous' are both addicting.

Since you're getting into lame ALMOST NOIZZZEEE ROCK music (White Light/White Heat, Sonic Youth, disgusted I am), I'm going to recommend The Magnetic Field's '69 Love Songs' to save you.

Yeah, like Dean said, The Gay Parade is all I've heard from em, I'm not sure whether you'd like it, but you oughta check it out
操作
-
whitecollarboy_
And you only love Sonic Youth because of Juno, you sellout Jesus loving indie loser!
操作
-

Oh and I'm going to answer your question to Eric about Of Montreal: yes, they are. But only certain albums. The Gay Parade is a good place to start.
