Hey there, I saw your request on the Regina Spektor event page. There are several hotels and hostels near the Tempordrom. Very close by is Grand Hostel (grandhostel-berlin.de) which got several "hostel awards". Then there are "Three Little Pigs" and "History Hostel", both very close as well. You could get single and shared rooms in all these hostels and you are near several sights in case you plan a little tour.

"She'll sing songs for the last album, but it´s a unique show cause she'll sing lots of covers"??? One day in Porto it's not enought, it's a great city to visit and appreciate ;) i recommend old part of the city Torre Clerigos (tower) Ponte D. Luís (Bridge) São Bento (train Station) Sé (cathedral) and Ribeira it's near the river. You can walk between them and you got metro near to return to the airport.
