The first time I heard Somersault...it was like some sort of enchantment; a feeling I can't explain right now...magical is the only word that comes to mind. You pretty much hit it with Regina Spektor, but I don't like how a lot of her lyrics seem like they just sort of came up when she was writing them. I like her though, the voice especially, of course.

Yeah, it's like that with a lot of music for me. But good music is just that, and I appreciate it for what it is, rather than what it can be. Regina Spektor, eh? I couldn't quite get a handle on her voice. It's good though.

I appreciate their sense in music a lot more than I do their sense of video. It just offsets my entire idea of what they're trying to get across, and seems to me like they're just trying to appeal to more people rather than themselves. Does that even make sense, or am I coming off as some Starbucks sipping opinionless yuppie?
