I thought your opinion on that album would be quite enlightening, since you always have great insights into the method behind the madness of BDM rythms.

Just read in the Abominable Putridity shoutbox that you are behind the Slam-Minded Blog. I read that back when I started out listening to brutal death in 2011, great stuff! Glad to see you finally wrote some new articles on there. I still do not agree with everything you wrote about the new AP, but I get what you are saying of course. Especially the part about it being a mix between the first and second album is spot on.

Dude great taste in music. Love your taste in melodic death metal. Soilwork and Blood Stain Child are dope bands.

Oh totally man, but Sindre seems to have putten them aside for the time being for Nekromantheon. They have two full lengths and a couple of great EP's. It's him on bass, the other guitarist and the drummer from Deathhammer playing some killer thrash. Head and shoulders above the majority of what "thrash revival" (worst manufactured trend ever) bands are doing.

Agree to disagree :) What was that slam band from Japan that only recorded a 3 song demo? Their name started with a D and that's all I remember.

Another new band is Coprophiliac, there album was pretty good too. Not sure if you heard the following album but its from 2011 and I feel is some of the best slam out of Japan. Rest In Gore - Culinary Buffet of Hacked Innards
