BTW... we're super. Does someone over there love Katy Perry too?

Would you believe Hazel loves "California Gurls?"

i missed it. saw m.i.a. unfortunately, phoenix, which was incredible, and i'm seeing kid cudi and cee lo green this weekend. hahaha. heard from a little birdy you have some news. congrats!!

SUPER ALERT. how you doing smails? can't believe its been two years

We're thuper!

ummm kanye west?

thanks for accepting. couldn't be more super according to the meter and yet there are undoubtedly tracks in your library that i have yet to hear for the first time. nice to meet you.

Hey, I don’t know if you’re interested but I’m a singer/multi-instrumentalist making original music. You can download all songs from my artist page here: http://www.last.fm/music/John+Linden. If you get a chance to check it out, let me know what you think. Cheers!

I noticed we're both going to the Flaming Lips and Deer Tick shows in Ithaca. It would be great to meet up. It's always a drag going to shows alone! We're going to different Wilco shows, though--I thought about the NJ shows but opted for Scranton and Philly instead. Drop me a note if you might be interested in going to Scranton.

Looking forward to your top list of 2009!

Haha! Oh how I miss your humor!

I'm kicking your ass at plays. Hope all is well with you! :-D

Put Monsters of Folk on my list...

I don't know if you noticed, but Patrick and Katie Hughes' Christmas album has been played. You'll get it for Christmas.

free live album on coldplay's website. just giving you a heads up. its called left right left right left. noottt baddd. how was your adventure across the pond?

The Twilight Sad and Mogwai...together! It was a fantastic and tinnitusly numbing experience.

I saw it last night, too. I was surprised how empty it was. A friend was going to pick up the DVD for me in St. Louis since she was getting one for herself, but they were sold out by the time she got there. I'll have to order it. I'm not crazy about how far away all the summer dates are, but hopefully it will work out that I can get to a few.

In case you haven't heard, Cornell Cinema is going to be showing Ashes of American Flags on Friday 4/17 at 10 and Sunday 4/19 at 7:15

I've noticed you do not have Akron/Family on your artist list. Make it so!

WICB - The station for innovation.

The show was really good. We had pretty good seats, meaning we didn't rush the stage which was nice because my roommate was really sick on friday... but we went anyway.

Sweet. Excitement everywhere!

www.KitesInSpace.com

Yes indeed haha. Well, you can get presale tickets (they officially go on sale friday, i think) like I did for any of the shows if you think you'd want to go. (password: sugalumps). And yes! I'm excited for the show this saturday. Too bad you can't make it...

I believe... you take Pico to Colorado then to Las Palmas... or it may be Pico to Colorado then to Pico...

Are you going to any of the Flight of Conchords concerts? My roommate and I already bought pre-sale tickets to a show in Philadelphia in April (so excited)!

So, my roommate and I are officially going to the Stars concert. Bought the tickets today. Orchestra Center, row E seating. So excited. Thanks for informing me of it and nice seeing you again!

Yea! The 2008 list!

So... it is the eve of the eve. Where is the 2008 list?

Yeah, Beach House!

Heck of a show Saturday, wasn't it?

I do believe it was I who told you so. Perhaps not, but yes, multiple sources have said that the FL will open. I'm not sure who I'm more excited to see. Maybe Wilco, but only if clad in pleather again. Oh, the memories of seeing them in their native town!

City and Colour...good choice.

r ya gonna list your top choices of 2008 too?

Yeah, it was awesome. I like both Loch Lomond and the Walkmen too! I got autographs from Loch Lomond too :) How did you like it?

Thanks Eric! I am keeping Polifroni on last.fm. I need to hold on to something from my prior identity!! :-P

Hey, in case you haven't heard, Wilco will be at the Auditorium Theatre in Rochester Saturday 12/6. This is going to be the first time I haven't had to drive 4+ hours to see them!

I made it downtown just in time for the show. I had a front row center seat, so all the papers in the world weren't going to keep me from going! The sound quality in there was stunning. I hope he mentions that to Wilco...

I'm still slogging through a set of student papers, even though I'd hoped to be done by now, so I think I'm going to have to miss out on dinner. Thanks for the offer, though, and another time for sure.

I ended up missing Bill Maher since I wasn't feeling well, but Ryan Adams was amazing. I saw him a few years ago and he was awful, so I'd pretty much written him off, but I couldn't believe how good they were. I'd be up for meeting up before the Andrew Bird show tomorrow, or else before the Decemberists show next month if you're interested. My friends around here don't share my taste in music, and I'm getting tired of going to shows on my own!

A Wilco show 10 minutes from where I live? That would be excellent. It wouldn't shock me if Jeff plays there on his next solo tour. I'm trying to get Nels's jazz trio to come to town, too, next time they tour the northeast.

Yeah, I was sixth row center for Tanglewood, and I managed to find a great ticket for Wilmington at the 11th hour. It seems like no matter where I see them, I always have to drive 4 hours for Wilco. They're always worth it, but I wish they'd play Rochester or Syracuse.

Ra Ra Riot sold out the Rochester show. It was amazing. Their Syracuse show was great, too. Talked to the drummer a bit. Talib Kweli was great. I first had the impression that Ra Ra Riot was headlining...so Talib was just an extra. Left before Bloc Party.

Our fall concert calendars are practically identical. Nice to find another upstate NY Via Chicagoan!

I love H of S !

Thinkin' maybe i should start the year off right and set a trend to krista-lyze homeroom.

lollapalooza was fantastic. as was radiohead in cleveland.

want to go see She & Him in MA? Thursday, July 24th. See you Friday!

We're hyphenated?

now that it's been recorded on lastfm, i expect to hear some of pbd's music.
