Yo, honestly hard to tell, because he's the kind of artist that makes every album different. The Balancing Act is the most normal, classic hip-hop. Flowers for My Father is very movie like, rainy atmosphere with way more going on, I think it could be his best overall, but he elvoved later on. Ultraviolet is psychedelic, more bragging and lot's of references to cinema, culture. Altars is darker, heavier with relgious themes and insanely polished production. Haunted Gardens is more catchy version and mellow version of FFMF I would say. Bring Me Back When The World is Cured is again more classic hip-hop production with tons of samples, but overall very moody, romantic, melancholic. Oblivion Theather is kinda mash up of everything he released before on one album, very interesting, filmsy production again and At Night The Silence Eats me is more stripped down, lyric driven album. There's lots of EPs too, my favs are Salo Sessions 1 and Lappel Du Vide. I would go with FFMF or Oblivion Theath

Nice charts, impressive Tech N9ne plays. Also it's nice to see someone giving C-Mob the recognition he deserves

DAMN, that dude sucks ass. Wtf was Tech thinking about to sign that shit? Doesn't make any sense. So many talented folks around that would fit like a glove for Strange Music and Darrein is the dude that gets the opportunity? Weird. Imagine Aqualeo, or even Kung Fu Vampire there, shit would be awesome. Thanks for the dl link, will definitely listen to it and give some feedback.

Yeah, Tech N9ne's been falling off. I think his last two albums were "Ok", but they're so inconsistent it hurts. Seems like he is always trying to bring everyone to the party, and although is a really cool idea, it doesn't work like that. That "rap-rock" ep he released a few years back was the worst thing ever too. I despise that shit.

I feel ya about the hooks. "Don't Stand So Close" is a good example of a bad one. But i like the album, and even listened to both the versions. It's really cool that they thought about that, different versions and shit. It does sound rushed tho, but it's only an EP, i'll hold my expectations until we see an actual album.

No a w tej chwili czekam aż wleci na dysk epka z 2013 i The Darkness. Jednak jeżeli wcześniejsze albumy są lepsze to chętnie się dowiem które to i sam sprawdzę, czy nadal trafiają w mój gust.

Dayton Family Needs to start their own shit. They're always looking for labels, and that can be a problem. Just join the independent side, release something and see what's the response of the fans. Make a website, spread the word! These things are needed nowadays. Without information, they're doomed to do the same thing over and over again. Stay a little bit in one place, and when it falls apart, hide in the shadows for a long time.

They signed Cold, got him to release an album and that's it, goodbye. Why not stick to it a little more? Let the man drop at least 2 or 3 projects... But i enjoyed his album. I love albums with a concept that its connected track-to-track. About AMB, i don't even know if they're in Psychopathic, every once in a while i hear they got out, and then got back. Shit is weird. Dayton Family should sign with Majik Ninja. They already have Blaze and The R.O.C. (which, by the way, needs to release some shit, cause it's been too long). I heard Boondox left Psychopathic too (never was that much of a fan, but still). They need new shit, asap.

This is really interesting and shit. Will definitely read it sometime. Never knew that the albums had that much thought onto it. Yo, ever heard that Cold 187um album? Shit has a mad concept too, all the tracks make a history about an assassin. Really creative stuff. I was disappointed to know that he was dropped from Psychopathic. Another one that i quite enjoyed over there was The Dayton Family. Motherfucking gangstas with cool music to bump. Psychopathic has to step their game up and keep those talented dudes. The only new talent i've heard in recent years is Big Hoodoo. He's good, but there's a lot of artists out there that could use some help.

That's true, Mafia now makes "easy to listen" shit. They all sound similar, but that's partially why i like it. If you like it, you'll like them all. If you need something hard to listen to while doing something else, is a good choice too. Way better than those last 3 6 mafia projects, that had more mainstream-like lyrics and shit (probably because of Juicy). Killjoy was probably rushed, but i felt that the scene needed that. We hardly see new shit, and to be able to witness those two horrorcore dinosaurs do something together? Fine by me. About the concept of the Missing Link, it sounds generic and shitty, but if the songs are good, i doubt that anyone will care, myself included. ICP was never known for its brilliancy on concept albums, so there's no need to really care about it.

Oops, forgot to be a little more specific. Both of them, to be honest. Mighty Death Pop was fun, and Killjoy Club had a good vibe. Da Mafia 6ix Makes cool music, so it was good to see two OG's from the scene together. I didn't bother to check that last Dark Lotus album too, because i heard there was too much singing, but i'll probably check it out one day. About the new one, even from the cover, you can see that the concept was kind of rushed. It doesn't have a nice figure attached to it, but maybe that's what they were aiming? Who knows. The thing is, they tried to resurrect the joker cards thing, instead of something new. BUT, don't lose your hope yet, there's still the second part, which could potentially explain things.

I don't know, man, apart from maybe 4 cool songs, i hate it. A lot of good verses were ruined by awful hooks. Why do these rappers all like singing in their hooks? Shit doesn't make sense to me. I'm straight up disappointed with this joint. Couldn't even bring myself up to listen to it one more time. Something Else felt a little bit like this, but it had more substance. Some "ok" songs, a couple of good ones, and just a few bad ones, but Special Effects is probably the worst thing tech n9ne related i ever heard. Either that or the rap-metal ep.
