If you like Freeway, check out the 101 Distribution group to find out about new music from him. http://last.fm/group/101+Distribution - Stay Independent.

very cool review and bio of doom, i knew about KMD and black bastards but i had not known about the death of his brother. thanks for the write up!

btw, your avatar reminded me to go back and listen to Operation: Doomsday!, It had been a while. I still think the track 'Doomsday' is one of the greatest. definitely a personal favorite, and it seems like every time i listen to that album it grows on me more and more.

yea i DLed Count on Free thru MindState Takeover, and then i guess i either got lazy or forgot, or some combo of the two. But they seemed pretty legit to me!

yours is pretty awesome also! i checked out your blog, it looks real cool, and btw you're a sick writer, keep up the good work! PEACE.

and check your fucking AIM once in a blue moon!

I'm not feelin'g pretty dark things but i haven't givven it enough time of day. CAN I BUS is whats up right now.

yeah man starship utopia is easily one of my favorite releases for 08, i'm really looking forward to pretty dark things. and i really like the new nas lp, only a couple tracks i skip but otherwise very solid IMO.

yeah i just listened to it and i loved it but i think im gonna listen to it once more before i go to bed.

likewise :P

Lol just sometimes his little fake laugh thing annoys me lol. But I been listening to that mixtape and a lil bit of 100 miles and running. What time do you get off work usually?

LOL remember in gym in middle school when it was MAD quiet and we were in our spots and then you farted?? LOL!!!! I just remembered that!!!! LMAO!!! When do you get back to NYC? Im goin back the 17th.

lol and the more I think about it it's conformity to non conformity but just plain and simple I don't want a facebook for a while. lol but i'e been on AIM more to counteract.

Haha yeeep. Only for a while though. I just didn't really want a facebook anymore, I felt wierd about having one lol. And I like the degree of online anonymity

i'm great, man. getting by and shiz. and yes i will be in NY, will you be? i need to find a J-O-B.

YO how you doin!~

I like it...more than U know it, I like it more than U know it.

yeah man, one of the best.

respect man- u just got me into Cyne. thanks. any other similar bands you'd recommend?

no problem man. yeah i love justice system. it's a shame no one gives them props.

thanks man. yeah, your charts are nice too. lovin' that InI.

Hahaha, trust me, I've worn that album out big time. I just had it tagged under Jay-Z so yeah, it doesn't show up as Danger Mouse.

I really like Jungle Music by Jeru and Premier too!

hai thanx! exx dee.

I know you called me but I left NYC early so i couldnt chill. My best guess is that you'll be coming back in december and then we shall talk and exchange music and share experiences. btw that research paper is KILLING me but i'm kinda loving it. By the end of this week i'll be seeing de la, ATCQ and jungle brothers in my sleep...

haha look we're eachothers neighbors. btw, i'm doing that ten page research paper on the native tongues posse.

sweet. you guys put on a good show. i'm part of the off the yelzebub team myself. thanks for the add; i'm glad someone besides me is getting some use out of my music collection.

hey, are you one of the guys from mass appeal?

I had 'em but I was still in my de la soul mood until today...Berto they sampled quasimoto in Never off, my new favourite album for the next month LOL. Fudgemunk's the DJ 4 panacea, makes a lot of sense.

it's wierd i've only gotten into the first few tracks from scenic route but not the last half of the album. But i'm usually like that with albumns. O.o I like the tracks closer to the beginning better at first, and THEN i discover how hot the rest of it is and i'm happy!

Lol told ya bout panacea. K Murdock knows what the hell he's doing right there. I never heard of those guys u recommended but i'm about to check em out. Haha you know I need to select a political hip hop song to present to my rap and spoken word class. I'm seriously lookin at senim, as he has my favorite political 'tude. you should def. get into more hip hop vids! there's a lot of cool ones

I just got prince among theives but haven't really set aside time to listen cause that's what you gotta do with that you know? Lol and yes i am finalyl a believer in posdonus! he even looks ill! You should really dl the me myself and I video that joint i hot! Hey also, you ever been into pharcyde? I've only heard a few tracks and they off the hooks. their videos are great, too

yooo prince paul is mad underrated! He's tha shit. And i'm also real loving Posadonus (plug one). but yeah i just got the album and i just thought it's great the mellowness of it all

hey :] thanks for the visit! keep spinnin' that good music

Nice music list... :)

i personally believe its a classic. not all people will agree but if u like that alternative hip hop sound, bayani is right up your ally. at least give it a listen.
