Leatherat! [2]. Also, there was a reason for that. Plus, I don't care.

I see your Absurd binge has been youtube based, thereby negating your claims that you've actually been listening to it.

DAMMIT KARL! hur hur hur. Check out Prog Thrash band Blind Illusion. You may well like them.

Of course :)

How do you get that OMR thing?

You haven't got a single band into the thousands. You are a disgrace.

Interesting :S. I didn't realise you had recommended them to me (although I have just looked at the list, and they are indeed there). I'm listening because Tom did so. I must confess; it doesn't exactly grip me. Hence why I am on the internet. But it is undoubtedly good music, and I suspect it will probably grow on me with a couple of listens.

Nope. Worse. You should take a look at Mark's iPod sometime...

Because it was the least bad of what I had a choice from at the time.

http://www.last.fm/user/Pavlentios/journal/2009/07/10/2uxxrn_free_downloadable_metal_albumsdemosep's - you may like, you may not. but i intend to have a listen to some at some point, 'cause that's what i do. i quite like alerion (which was how i found it), but they're probably a bit tame for you

:). Although, I don't approve of that band Self Diagnosis that you've listened to. Least, not that catastrophic rendition of a fantastic composition. Get some taste, man.

From Afar(album) is a great success, if only for From Afar(song) as it has consistently made me feel like I haven't in a long time. I admit the rest of the album is weak in comparison.

Agreed. 'tis certainly non Wayward Sons. But, it's also certainly not Oui Avant-Garde a Chance. Also, Pain of Salvation aren't all that great. Just in case you were thinking of giving them a listen as well. Which you probably weren't.

I forget if that's an insult coming from you or not. Either way I shall be checking it out.

Yes, that's me. It's an old photo though, from 2006.

It's Karl! OHAI! *waves*

Ever heard of Pain of Salvation? And, if so, would you recommend them?

but i like her :P and even Tuomas Holopainen likes her too hahaha XD.....don't be mean at me

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what's wrong with her?

nice music \m/

Haha, I try to maintain my quoto of awful, mindless current pop to keep up my ability to dance on a night out (an obligation I hope you're free of)!

Hey Karl! Good to see your taste in music is just as good as in books ;) Korpiklaani, hell yeah.

For 2 days my lastfm plugin was not on. I just found this out now. I think I'll survive.

Hey! Thanks for mentioning the Jew's Harp. Been 'researching'. Sounds like great fun. Will get myself one when I get the chance. D'you have any idea where from? In the meantime, must learn to play my Mouth Organ...

Tell it to me straight that Anthrapx are in no way rap, then I will question my accusatory attitude.

Lmao, count how many times I listen to Cyprus Hill or rap in general. And then count you, including Anthrax.

I just renamed all my Xerion tunes to Xerión. You should do too.
