Yeah I agree on your view of Helsinki. It's a great place to visit, but not for too many days. Oslo is sure a really nice place to live in, but for tourism I think it is average. I've also seen Bergen last year and I prefer it, because it feels older, has more character and you can go hike just outside the city. As for my favorite town, do you mean during my whole travels? I've seen so many places. Maybe Berlin. If just inside Norway, probably Bergen. No, I haven't seen any shows after Norway Rock. I did plan to see an Akercocke show, but it got canceled.

Funny, I was also in Helsinki just a week ago. It felt much smaller than I expected. Jotunheimen seems like a really nice place, maybe I'll go some day. Norway Rock was very expansive, but nice. I've met some nice Norwegian people and have seen Amon Amarth, Immortal, Enslaved and several other good bands, including some new discoveries. The festival was really in the middle of nowhere and had some strange weather, because it was in a small valley. I've also done some hiking in the Lofoten Islands: harder than expected. Which of the cities you've seen do you like the most?

So how is it going? I have been in Oslo, Trondheim, Bodø and the Lofoten Islands just about 2 weeks ago. Is it more expansive than you expected?

2 months in Norway? That sounds quite epic. It's possible that we'll be in the same places around the same time. Other than Norway rock festival, I'll also go to Oslo, Trondheim, Bodø and the Lofoten Islands. In my experience from last year, the prices are more than just a little more. It's especially bad for food and beer. But, I suppose you'll work here anyway.

Yes indeed, I do think that the prices are quite ridiculous. But, so are the prices of everything in Norway. I still think it sounds like a nice festival and I would like to go there as something to do once. Have you ever been to Gudvangen? The area and surrounding regions are really beautiful.

You have a really nice taste! Also are you really going to the Gudvangen festival? It sounds quite epic. I wanted to go there, but instead chose to attend Norway rock festival which is at the same time.

Haha, yeah. I'm just glad my sister listened to metal and had it on in the car xP Otherwise I would still be listening to that shitty music.
