All noise music, with perhaps the exception of wall noise, has structure. Rhythm is perhaps the most basic of musical structures. There's absolutely no reason that they can't coexist in the same piece. Powernoise just tends to be rhythmically similar to dance music.

Combichrist are Powernoise? I thought Powernoise was what it said on the tin, powerful noise. From my understanding, barely any vocals are used. Anyway, some of the Powernoise is good to listen to, though I can find some of it a bit repetitive depending on my day.
