<About little phrase>
Little Phrase is a four-man band from Yamaguchi, Japan,
consisting of Toshihide Hashimoto(guitar,voice) , Tatsuya Matsumura (drums,art work), Fumitaka Kouno(bassguitar)and Takahiro Hashimoto (guitar,voice,synthesizer,violyre,art work direction) .
2007年結成。山口県山口市を拠点として活動中の4ピースバンド。
実の兄弟である橋本敏英（g,vo）橋本崇広（g,vo,syn）と松村竜也（dr）河野史孝（ba）の4人で山口、東京、大阪、京都、福岡、広島などで精力的にライブを行っている。
ポストロック的なフォーマットに ambient・electlonica・classicなどの要素を織り交ぜた独自の音楽性を志向しており、the album leaf・epic45・miaou・helios・supercar等を彷彿とさせる穏やかで優しさのある旋律を軸にして、my bloody valentine・saxon shore・explosions in the skyらを思わせる轟音と疾走感、さらにはsigur rosを代表とする北欧勢に近い壮大な世界観も持ち合わせている。“ポップなポストロック”を奏でる、自由度の高い音楽集団という自覚のもと活動中。

Inner reflection sometime causes a dead run and blue enfolds anxiety.
Sounds which constantly synchronize in it.
Small refrains overlap each other and afterward they become a bulk flow.
内省はいつしか疾走に変わり、蒼さは憂いを包み込む。その中を絶えずシンクロしてゆく音たち。小さなリフレインは重なり合い、やがて大いなる流れを生み出す。 ロック、クラシックを主体とし、エレクトロニカ、アンビエント等の要素を加え、普遍的に響くサウンドを追求している 。

2007
実の兄弟である橋本敏英（兄）、橋本崇広（弟）を中心に結成。山口県山口市を拠点として活動開始。
Little Phrase is a four-man band from Yamaguchi, Japan. The band was formed during the summer of 2007.
2008
広島のインディーズレーベル、Novel Sounds（ノベル・サウンズ）と契約。ファーストアルバムのリリースに向け、レコーディング開始。
They started working on their debut album to be released by novel sounds, an independent label in Hiroshima.
2009
９月にファーストアルバム"landscape"発売。全国各地のレコード店にて試聴機などで展開され、クッキー・シーンをはじめ、各種ウェブ、雑誌などで取り扱われる。国内外のアーティスト、リスナーから評価を受けている。
First album "landscape" was released on September of 2009. Their cd has been sold in record stores throughout Japan, also featured in some magazines and the web. As their album "landscape" is highly regarded from a domestic and foreign artists and the listener.
2010
ファーストアルバムリリースツアー(東京、京都、大阪、福岡)を敢行。ミニアルバムリリースに向け、レコーディングを開始。
"Landscape" release tour had done in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Fukuoka. And they started working on their new EP.
2011
４月にミニアルバムをリリース。山口、東京でのリリースパーティを敢行。
Their new "time" was was released on April. And the release party had done in Tokyo and Yamaguchi.
現在セカンドアルバムリリースに向け、準備中。
And they are getting ready to make their 2nd album soon.
