Hi! The site is very much a work in progress but thanks for the positive feedback, much appreciated! I recently saw my first show in 3 years :D Joanna Newsom in Boulder Theater. It was excellent. What is playing in Denver this summer? With the last.fm update I kind of lost track of all this :(

Hi! Sorry for not replying earlier. Not recently, no (last time was in 2013!). I wish there was some good public transportation as I hate to drive the I-25 :) I love to visit breweries and driving is not an option after that, at least not for me. But, we might move to Boulder this year which will make transportation a lot easier. I will let you know when we are in town. Are you and your family enjoying life in Denver?

Nice name! We still live in Fort Collins. I haven't been to a single concert since we moved here one year ago. Is the Red Rocks Amphitheatre baby friendly you think? We noticed the Royskopp concert too and we thought that it would be nice to go. I quite likes the Blondes record I listened to yesterday. Seams also nice!

Tyler! The birth of my daughter 3 weeks ago blew my mind for sure! :) Music wise... I started listening to Ben Frost and I really like his By the Throat record and also his new Aurora album. I also like the energy of the new White Lung album. Not much else really standing out to be honest. The new Swans albums is nice but it's not something you want to play every day. And for you? Any recommendations? Did you go to The Knife show? If so, how was it? Nick Cave, must have been great?

I did go! And it was so great! I was not too into that venue (first time there), but I think the band did a good job filling that space. (I can’t say the same for Warpaint, who were 10000000% better in the super tiny venue I saw them play in Aspen in April.) Cave told everyone they could rush the stage, which negated the purpose of buying a super expensive seat, but I was able to see way better up front, of course. The set list was mostly the same as the Ogden show last year, but I have no complaints, as he played “Into My Arms” and another awesome rendition of “Stagger Lee”, which left me pleased as punch. I got to touch him again, which was as weird and awesome as the first time. Congrats on the new addition to your family! I hope you will inundate your child with awesome music from day one. :)

man it was so great. my local record store was running a contest where if you dress up as Nick Cave and show up to the record store holding on their albums, you could be entered into winning two free front row seats. So i went in with a fake mustache and wearing a black suit and kept like the first three buttons of my shirt unbuttoned and everything. I was the only one who dressed up on the day so I WON those tickets. Had the most awesome time. I was so close to the stage that I could see up Nick Cave's nostrils!!!!! He loves going into the audience and at one point I was supporting his one leg and his other leg was supported on the shoulder of this guy who was standing beside me and Nick Cave was like serenading this girl who was standing behind us. I got to touch him man. I also got the Setlist and the drummer's drumstick that the crew threw into the crowd after the show. Epic night overall. I am going to send you a pick of me dressed up as nick cave in your inbox.

I believe they're headlining Westword's music showcase event in June, so you'll have another chance to see them do their thang here shortly. :) I haven't decided whether or not I'll go, but it's a nice idea.

hey man how are things? Have you seen Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds live before ? I am debating if I wanna go see them in June. They are performing at a venue where you have to sit down and watch the gig which I am not a big fan of.

Yes, I really like them! I have listened mainly the Rook album. I have seen them live in 2010 in Amsterdam and it was really good. Also fun to see Thor behind the drums. Saw him again this year at a Swans concert, quite a different experience. I see you are planning to go the concert in February. I will keep it in mind, is it a nice venue?

(PS can't wait til I eventually have a ps4 - it's got built in streaming to the Vita for any game, doesn't require the developer to program it!!!)

I'm already digging the touch surface mouse, though. Just kinda works intuitively, like a touch screen for scrolling, whipping through desktops, etc. Also: yeah I know where you're at. Once you get to a certain point it'll really open up, and you can start skipping around, going back to earlier parts with the new skills you've aquired to find new shit, unlock more moves/weapons/etc...

Indeed, I'm not making as much per day right now, but I have the opportunity for a raise after 90 days, and more after that of course. My friend who got me to give em my resume is already running a team and she's been there maybe a year. It's just nice being out of work in time to hang with my friends!!

Golden handcuffs?? The company basically does projects and jobs for businesses around the world, and they're doled around the office. Being new, I'm just picking up tasks & projects from whoever needs help but soon I'll have clients of my own, then be running a team. Still awkward at using the mac but oh well, it's pretty slick! Glad you enjoyed TR. The game basically just gets better and better as it goes along, FYI. My last job was as a waiter, and I didn't mind that at all. I made some decent money, but it was hectic as hell, and I worked so many nights while friends were out (or drinking at my restaurant!!) I'm now an office dude. Desk, iMac, the whole thingy thing.

HEY there is a new Blue Sky Black Death and it's awesome as fuck. My first listen right now I'm gonna say it's up there with Late Night Cinema. Epic, too: 5 tracks, four over 10 mins... I swear they sample Slowdive in here somewhere, man. Super good.
