Blog removed? Sad days :(

Sheeit dawg, we down again?

hey I just started creating my own electronic music. could you please give my EP a spin on last fm and give some feedback? Just started doing this, so I would like to know if its any good. download here: http://www.lastfm.de/music/OpRR/Sampling+Techniques There is also a link in the album description where you can just download the whole thing as a .zip file. Please help tag!

Didn't mean that, but actually it's not bad idea. They should incorporate this into music textbooks for school.

Hello, we’d like to invite you to listen to [artist]Subatomic Dreams[/artist] with full-length track available.

hehe cheers! fine taste - loads of Chain Reaction :D

Hello

very nice taste

Awesome attitude towards sadness, nice lib!

hahaha, a deserved paddlin'! I knew that was there, looked and looked for that bloody option and somehow missed it still. Stand by!

this is really daft, but how do I PM you?

Hey thestarry - glad I can still find you here. Are we congregating anywhere to figure shit out?

Thanks for that. The Empire is striking back these days, the feckers. Let me know if there's anything I can do. Rgds.

Hey thestarry. Have you tried accessing the mothership? It seems to be gone, unbelievably. Mega ouch. Regards, bb.

I need your help: about a month or two back you were heavily recommending some guy doing dub techno. I thought it was "Sven ....." and then something, but I can only find the "Sven" I uploaded myself and "weisemann", but that's not the one. I think it had a yellow and orange cover, colored like the sun.

I see bohren have found their way into your brain? was really surprised by midnight radio's more minimal character. those guys can do no wrong.

is it enough to just leave a comment in the "registration post" of Uncle's blog?

yes, it works for me. maybe log yourself out of google, than go to SC and login with your data

your "Pole - 1 2 3" upload, do you like that stuff?! I'm somehow baffled about the 5er RA rating. it sounds incredible monotonous and not like the dub techno I know and love.

Hey Starry! Is the blog down? I can't seem to get in..

"Aglaia - Sacred Waters" is the shit too

Lol.. It appears our Riffdissonance is Thom's little guard dog, he's been getting awfully upset at everyone not falling into line and proclaiming King of Limbs as an instant classic. I think he's looking for his taste to be validated not questioned.

Absolutely adored it. So, I've been listening to a lot of Sven Weisemann lately as a result. Thank you. Also, Nicolas Jaar and Philip Jeck are dope too. Very tasty charts, sir.

sup dude?

Yeah, I may scrobble myself right to jail. There are legal limits you know.

I see Warpaint are beating the shit out of good ol' timmy. that makes me kinda sad since ravedeath makes me rave all night... :-(

Impeccable charts.

Hey. I see you listen a lot of Tim Hecker. I'm eager to start moving into his music. Which album do you think I should get first?

vvv Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.

Same back to you! And I mean the Dude's your profile picture. I mean... fuckin' A, man.

How is our compatibility not higher?

Thank you very much! Ah, you will see The National very soon. Damn, I want to see them again too!

The Dude has a great taste! ;D

Oh, I will definitely excuse you.All the best!

Hi three Drexciya is simply overestimated band.... and there are much more better music of that kind than Digital Tsunami or shits like that Chek This and there dare to say anything about techno http://www.last.fm/music/Veselin+Kuburovic

nice flickr :J

You've got mail. :)

gaslight come here on the 20th; thinking of going just to make you jealous :D

Yes, just got it! Thank you!

PM'd - also have you listened to [artist]The Sight Below[/artist] yet? absolutely brilliant and his latest is becoming one of my favorite albums of this year. Almost at the halfway point between shoegaze and minimal dub/tech/ambient/whatever.. and that's not really describing it that well.

and man. glad to hear someone agrees about Cosmo like that. I absolutely love basically any and every thing he's done. But Cosmo just felt like this huge step beyond the already advanced path he was walking. The best part is that it - just like LA - points towards even further growth somehow.

Well since you love the Deepchord so much I can't help but insist - insist! - you check out [artist]Bvdub[/artist] and his magnificent album under his own name [artist]Brock Van Wey[/artist] called White Clouds Drift On and On. Thankfully I just remembered that I posted that last week so please check it out. I'd listened to Bvdub before but that one truly got me into him and now I've got several earlier albums and his album this year called The Art Of Dying which truly continues that gorgeous path White Clouds started but in a more dub-inflected beat-anchored way like his prior work. I can play Deepchord or Bvdub interchangeably for weeks... and only that because I didn't know about either until a couple months ago!

except I haven't heard the Poulard or Dillinger albums... but still! man that Deepchord one is massive.

epic shout on the Arcade Fire page. totally agreed.

Will do, thanks man. I've been moving house and am using a laptop I bought off fred flintstone. Well actually, I stole it from his refuse bin. You can actually type faster than the time it takes for the characters to come up on the screen. Pretty cool. I vill be back though. Have some bits and bobs to post also. Hope all good with you? Talk soon, cheers.

Yeah I know. :D I'd say I'm pretty open-minded if it comes to music as long it is good. :D When I look at your charts I have mostly heard of the artists' names but not the music. At least I don't know where to start from. So if you know artists who are too good to be true or albums that will blow my mind, just tell me, haha. Yeah, please send me that link for Benoît Pioulard. I'd appreciate it.

Very nice taste! Could you please recommend me some stuff?

Gotta agree with aquieu, just cannot stop listening to Pioulard; and it's that effortless, sort of ethereal, off-the-cuff feel that keeps bringing me back. Every time I finish one of his records, I feel like I didn't really hear it or something. Spooky and supremely effective.

Damn, this new Benoît Pioulard album is fantastic! I think I'm going to be giving this one quite a few replays ;)
