regarding growing old and declining,,,its wired into our genes, the survival instint no matter what the cost, we cant help it,,well most the times but emotion like love and hate and loss of a mate can overrule that...yeah california usa near the Los Angeles area, i hit the local beaches weekly and sometimes make it to San Diego and up north to Big Sur area..

Everyone always says to "Kill Them" if they ever reach that point in life, but no one ever seems to willingly die because they would rather live even if that meant reverting back into an infant like state...All I know is I am going to enjoy whatever bit of life I can now so that way if I end up being a vegetable then I had my fun & didn't miss out on anything :)

I am sad about the car still :( oh well...I own a home so I guess that's a "better investment" I do have a masters in slave driving. I decided not to do ASL interpreting because I would need to move out of state for schooling & I definitely do not want to do social work. I would bring all the horrible stuff home with me and have a hard time separating work from home...I would always be stressed & depressed lol so NO THANK YOU! By the time I retire I will be so old someone else will have to wipe my ass...what a way to spend retirement huh

I sold my baby to buy a house...now that I look back on it I would much rather have my '69 454 Big Block Chevelle back lol I have a general AA degree and a Master of Business Administration Degrees. I started also getting accredited to be an ASL interpreter...but I decided not to move out of state though. I don't think I will ever figure out what I want to be...I just want to be retired & not anymore lol that sounds nice to me!

I totally agree about the lifestyle, people here are always busy, oh yeah my country's been through a lot :( did happen to go to the University of El Salvador? (or Universidad de El Salvador in Spanish) that's the University I went to :) anyways, I moved here in June and so far it's been good, can't complain, I like it.. I've seen a lot of things, coming from a country like mine to this is definitely a big change, but I do like it :)
