Ya. The Last.fm radio used to be pretty good for finding new things by say, genre, but now they totally nerfed it. You can only skip a few tracks per hour, so when you inevitably come upon a ten minute, awful song you don't want to hear, you're stuck with it. No thanks. Rate Your Music is a useful site for finding new stuff. You can search for stuff by year, genre, and find what's well-regarded and so on. So yeah, that wasn't my number! Guess I'll PM you it. The two of us old butts probably should do something. I'm kind of having some health issues ATM, but what else is new. :(

Hmm, hard to say what the problem was without knowing more detail, not that it matters now. They did update the Last.fm client recently, and the new thing wants you to sync up the client with your profile. Not sure if that could have had something to do with it. Looks like our musical compatibility isn't so high now. :( Don't know if you like death doom metal, but maybe check out the band Evoken. They're from NJ and I like their new album, Atra Mors. It's the kind of bleak music that goes well in the winter.

Psychology can be pretty interesting, but it's also a bit too much of a soft discipline to me (as opposed to the harder sciences), and it's also prone to social and even political influences (though again, the latter is kind of more the realm of psychiatry). The whole issue of the "realness" of mental health issues is interesting to me, as is the associated stigma the labels carry, and how it can be used as an oppressive force. Bruce Levine is an interesting psychologist and author on this kind of stuff, you should check him out. There's some good interviews from him on YouTube too. Anyways, we're not that old yet! Fight the lies. You can be a shrink during the day and hostess at night. And my number should still be the same, last three digitz are 727.

Japan, that's interesting. It's the only Asian country I kind of like, though I would still visit China or South Korea for example. In fact, my aunt is going to Japan in a month or two and invited me to go, but I don't really have the money to spare on a plane ticket. In other news: still in the same place as ever. And why do you girls like to study psychology so much? Just don't become a pill dispensing shrink... Don't take on too many student loans either, since you can't discharge them in bankruptcy and they really, really have a free license to screw you over if you're late or default. Try to respond before the end of the year this time!
