No, unfortunately I'm not kidding, in my city, for example, there's no metal concerts, I have to move to Barcelona to see something interesting ( which is rare XD) The most "metal" thing you can see in Spain in general lines, are mallcore kids with stuff like avenged sevenfold and others :S.In addition there's no many specialized shops, for example in my city just a couple and it's hard to find some underground stuff like progressive or tech death. Instead, this summer i went to Germany, and there, for example, the scene is so much bigger than here. =(

Sounds great, I wish I could play some instrument so well, but I'll have to settle with air-guitar, lol. Yeah, well I have some albums, almost all of Death or Gojira for example, but here in Spain the metal scene is quite low , adding that many discs are hard to find, my most viable option was megaupload and others, now I'm pretty screwed. =(

hey, sorry for the late answer. I was SO lazy that I couldn't answer you xD. well, you say that but it's unfair how chinese people have facilities to learn japanese. I need to learn every single kanji that japanese people use, but you just need to learn their readings in japanese. Yeah, we have privilege when learning spanish, but why the hell would I want to learn spanish? I don't think that the language is very useful + I don't like their culture nor their music etc. Oh, than thanks, it's nice to be insightful, I guess. yeah, but like, learning the korean alphabet is way easier because there are "only" about 40 letters I think, but japanese/chinese have 42789372 kanji. wow, I love french, I want to learn it one day. but it's hard for me too, it's very different from portuguese in many things. however, spanish would be easy, If I wanted to learn it. even without ever studying spanish, I can understand almost everything if I read it. I think that's the best way to learn. it's a shame we can't learn asian languages like that because we can't read it normally. like, even if you don't know english, you can read it while you're playing games or doing something like that, but chinese/japanese you'd never learn doing that because YOU CAN'T read it. :( Of course I'm only 16, I wouldn't lie about that. seriously? that's nice to hear, I think. but I don't think I'm that mature, I'm kind of childish sometimes. but I think I'm more mature than some people that are my age. I don't like partying and dating many people, like most people from my age. though I'm dating now, it's my first date and I'm 16!(and it's someone from the internet that I've never met at "real life") It's not like everyone needs to do that, but most people from my age think like that. I also prefer to stay at home alone, reading, than going out to party. I don't know, I'm weird, maybe that's why you think I look mature. and you, are you really 69? xD

haha, we were talking about asian food and today I went to a chinese restaurant and, for the first time, I tasted crab sushi and salmon onigiri! I didn't like it very much, but it was fun to eat, I felt like I was in asia haha. Well, we have english here at "normal" schools, but most people learn nothing during these classes. if you really want to learn english you need to make a separated course on a language school. well, I think claymore have many fans in the entire world, though it really looks like there are many fans here at brazil. you're chinese? that's SO nice, I never talked to a chinese before. hahah, claymore is what made me love the japanese culture. I've already watched this anime about 6 or 7 times, seriously. I'd like to have the entire manga, but in Brazil they're very late to translate the mangas, here it's still at vol. 16. but of course I've already read it at the internet, I keep up with claymore for 2 years or more I think. my favorite's Riful, she'll always be the most awesome anime character ever. Yeah Arch Enemy are bearable from the Gothenburg Style Tripes, But both Johan Liva and Angela Gossow suck monkeys balls. The lyrics make me cringe, but the guitars and energy is there.

Okay, they've been stealing from the taxes since...uh...since forever. No recent government ever let us know about how much money we owe to other countries, until recently. The current prime minister is a true liar. He was saying that we will make it on our own. After 6 months of "We're not getting any loans, I AM SKILLFUL ENOUGH!", we did end up getting large amounts of loans. Not only that, but the taxes got higher and a great part of our salaries is gone. Oh, note though that there are a bunch of people that are not being affected by the new changes: doctors, lawyers and such people who are in desperate need of money.

Besides some Protestants here and there (some Evangellicals and some Jehovah's Witnesses), everything is awesome. The new generation of Christians is quite open. No problem with evolution, science and all. Thing is, atheists are more into antichristian arguments that come from Catholic and Protestant countries, which is confusing. Some not-so-well-informed Orthodox fall for it and end up believing in some doctrines that trace their roots in Western Theology. As for the rest, we have some awful politicians, they literally took everything, the country is going through a crisis. We're also wearing togas, sleep with Cyclopes and practise anal sex (but not with Cyclopes).

I will definitely be taking quantum physics once I meet all the pre-requisites. I have to take "Intro to Modern Physics" before I can take Quantum and that class is only offered in the spring... so I can't take Quantum at ALL next semester. One of the things I'm hoping to research in Grad School and possibly PhD level is Quantum Electrodynamics, hence all the Electromagnetics classes you'll see me take.

Not yet, but those are the two books I want to read asap! By the way, how is it in Canada? Are there many conservatives?

Yeah, but calculus is a lot of fun. If you think those sounded intense, I just updated my profile with my Fall and Summer schedule. I hear Calculus is easy compared to some of the new stuff I'll be taking. However, I think math is really fun, so enjoying it is one of the major steps to getting through it haha.

Oh, you mean his USER page. I was looking at groups and artist pages. Well, I wrote that, yeah, for no reason whatsoever. Yes, I accept evolution, as you've seen from my journal entries. I don't really like Dawkins. He seems unable to even grasp the basic doctrines and the way he speaks/writer is as if he just wants to prove that religion is why we do not progress. Not to talk about fundamentalist atheism. I know that I will be admiring him as a biologist though, once I read something besides 'The God Delusion'; planning on doing this after finishing school (last year, hooray!).

Ahh see I just can't eat cereal haha...I can't really eat breakfast in general without getting sick of what I'm eating after a while, I just can't eat early in the morning haha :P ughh, I've woken up with that before, it's freaky as fuck o_o but yeah, I've always just said to myself "just eat healthy stuff, it's still food" but I underestimate just how big my cravings are for amazingly tasty stuff like pizza and chocolate haha :P 7000 calories?! fuuuuckk...wouldn't surprise me if I'd done that at some point, I remember I had like three steaks, two slices of pizza and who knows what else at this mega-buffet once, must've gained quite a few calories there haha :P
