Thank you for the follow-back. I can see a lot of Neue Deutsche Welle in your library, which you don't often come across here. I'm currently doing an 80s deep dive myself, but I've mostly skipped German music (but of course I'm familiar with them all, Frl. Menke, yeah) and focused on British New Wave rather.

Yes, I mainly listen to NDW, as I grew up listening to this genre thanks to my dad. But I also listen to punk, new wave and synthpop tunes. As long as it’s 80s I’ve probably heard it. I love expanding my taste as well and did also listen to many „rare“ 80s songs and bands. You’ve got great taste too. :)

i’ve actually thought about listening to that album, but i was quite hesitant because 90s albums by artists who had their major success in the 80s can be quite different to their previous work (at least in my opinion) but now i definitely will listen to it!! thanks for the recommendation :) plus its good to know that someone is at least looking at my precisely curated music taste haha, jk, but that makes me so happy to hear!
