what the hell? i left the reply back to your shoutbox on my shoutbox. shit. i'm new to this. i was wondering why i didn't hear back from you. anyway, here's what I said: Yeah, we have most of my favorite indie / songwriters in common, so I'll suggest some jazz. I really got into Miles Davis' complete Bitches Brew, John Coltrane's Favorite Things and Giant Steps, more recently his A Love Supreme (took a while to get into). I got into the free jazz aspects of all these guys, so I found Albert Ayler and Ornette Coleman's Love Supreme. Two days ago I downloaded Peter Brotzmann, some German free jazz, and I'll check out less American jazz 'cause isawrite. I know there's plenty in Japan, some of their post-rock experimental bands (zeuhl) are on my harddrive. I like glitch elements in mah breakbeat, Drukqs is inspirational, but I don't have much more than you do. suggestions?

Curiously absent indeed. I would explain the situation, but I'll say that my Last.fm account isn't as great a representation of my musical as it could be. I mean, it's pretty accurate but there are certainly holes. Watch me now though, I'll probably go listen to Dylan.

Nice top three.

Oh sweet jesus i had no idea! I'll definitely take your recommendation into careful consideration tho. And yes i do.
