Right?! They're so good live! They played Bohemian Rhapsody at Splendour and it was honestly just ugh so perfect (though obviously not anywhere near the original...). Hard to pick tbh but Puddinghead is my favourite album (I have the signed vinyl!). Fence Sitter and Sad Rude Future Dude are probably my favourite songs. There are way too many though. Yeah I'd agree they're going from strength to strength!

Man, 808s is so gooooood. I haven't really listened much to either of them. I prefer Only One though. Yeah, I would agree with that! Definitely could have done with more international artists. However, I'm a huge fan of Ball Park, The Preatures and San Cisco etc so I'm still pretty psyched about it. I tooootally forgot it's all ages though. I try to steer clear of juvie festivals/gigs. Haha not at all, you're entitled to your own opinion. I do love a good festival though, so I'll most likely be there.

To be honest, I wasn't a huge fan of the countdown this year. I agree there's always going to be good and bad parts but there was far too much Aussie hip hop/screamo for my liking haha. Yeah same here! I'm almost always listening to AM. They're too brilliant. Haha that sounds like a really good evening! I didn't catch Sticky Fingers at Splendour last year, but I saw them at Southbound this year (WA's Falls equivalent), and they were pretty sick! Yeah, agreed... Kanye was amazing. I was in London when he was supposed to come to Perth, and so was praising at the altar of Yeezy when he postponed the tour (he knew I couldn't make it, so he changed it... what a lad). I know I saw The Kooks last week, but I'm super jealous you get to see them tomorrow! Catfish were brilliant too. Did you catch their Like A Version this morning?

Haha yeah, occasionally bands will trek it here. I actually studied abroad in London too, so I managed to catch a fair few bands when I was there :) Yeah, it's quite lovely in summer! I was pretty pleased with The Kooks' set list.

Well, funny (not actually funny) story really, I ended up getting scammed so missed out on a ticket and was also out of pocket. How were they? And you can tell me truthfully haha. Yeah, I saw Vampire Weekend at Falls and their setlist was great, also last time Two Door were here they played a great mix of old and new. But definitely, as soon as you have that many albums there are going to be great songs that don't make the cut which is a shame!

Exactly, I think I'd be willing to go to $200 but anything more is putting a serious strain on my poor bank account. You've seriously expressed my exact thoughts. It seems silly to say that the setlist is a little AM heavy considering it's the album they're touring, but I think they could definitely afford to lose a couple of tracks. It's a bit of a shame they aren't playing more old stuff because it's just so damn good.

I'm keeping tabs on Gumtree and waiting on a few replies but thus far haven't found anything decent or reasonably priced. And I didn't see them last time either so keep your fingers crossed for me! Listening to the stream now, getting very emotional haha.
