it's really tough. over the past few days i've been obsessed with abbey road. it may well be my favorite. the end suite is just amazing. i also really like magical mystery tour and rubber soul.

now i'm hooked on the beatles, i'm listening to all their albums that i never really listened to before and it's just like, what the hell bands aren't allowed to be this good. i mean, i know that's redundant, it's the beatles, but for real.

There's not really any other cabaret punk bands I can think of, but Bomb the Music Industry! is definitely similar in that there's a lot of stuff going on if you know what I mean, and you're a lyrics man so you'd love that part, too. Plus all their stuff is free so wheeeeeeeee

Summer! Sno-Biz! We saw 'em open for the Arcade Fire. I remember thinking Yeah, yeah, yeah, Arcade Fire Jr., whatever. *Jerk off gesture* but they're really good in their own right; I think I was just so crunk for the Arcade Fire that I was too impatient to actually listen. I saw them at ACL and they were great. I've only listened to their newest album, but I'm really starting to like 'em.

I remember like two summers ago when you bought that Avett Brothers CD. Not that that's relevant to anything. Sometimes it's just nice to be nostalgic. Oh, those were the times.
