Yeah dude for sure. Like I said I love all their stuff. They shortened their name too a released an album under Fear Before and its just as good.

Really? The Always Open Mouth is their best work imo. The whole album flows so well and each track is fantastic. Fear Before is my second fave tho forsure. Have you listened to any Between the Buried and Me? Alaska really channels the phxc vibes but also being very progressive as well.

Yeah for sure. You definitely hear it on the early stuff and you hear the progression through the years. Overall I think the band is really great.

Can you change your tag 初音ミク to the composer name? It's not like she created the song.

Have you've tried anyone from Rhymesayers? You should check out Sadistik - The Balancing Act along with Doomtree, POS, Cecil Otter, and Eyedea & Abilties for starters.

You should get into some backpacker hip-hop bro. I promise that its not as terrible as /mu/ makes it out to be.

Never really listened to post-hardcore, I'll check them out. Hey man I see you like *shels, try *ancients (side project of band members) and The Ascent of Everest - How Lonely Sits the City for great crescendo-core postrock.

Yeah bro it sucks. I know for a fact that he's an upgrade from me too. Been drowning my sorrow in post-rock lately.

All over. Classics i need ot find torrents or downloads too, everything else i get off bandcamps. Look up smaller bands on last.fm, find similar artists, get their shit free off bandcamp. There are a lot of fun bands out there that have stuff for free. Also check out driftwood records.

Sure man. I don't know much of what you listen to other than Klabautamann, who I absolutely adore, but check out Asobi Seksu http://youtu.be/Buu5TTUlPtY Two Knights http://youtu.be/9kRX__LP6VQ Callisto http://youtu.be/9jbpZtE-Zm8 and Struck By Lightning http://youtu.be/ZZiRtSKqFxI | If you have anything for me, I'd love to hear it.

Ho ho! Lain! My god. That show is great, I agree. Really nuts stuff in that show. I love the atmosphere. You must've seen Evangelion, right?

If you've seen Champloo then I can assume you've seen Cowboy Bebop as well? I love it, it's pretty much just Champloo in space.

Diary is a great album. FMA is a great anime. Samurai Champloo is pretty good too.

That's the one I'm talking about. I had a pretty similar reaction. I was excited to hear it, so on first listen, I thought it was so extremely excellent, but on return visits, it's not as amazing as I first thought it was. You're right, though; DBM II seems like an attempt at recreating the magic of the first. I don't think they're ever going to capture the same essence again.
