Nope. Not yet. A bit mad 'ere. Got 'em staying with me at the mo. so it's a mess o' crying babies & nappies & other baby related chaos right now. They're moving end o' next week so things should be slightly calmer after that. Got a whole raft o' new stuff 'round 'ere I need to have a listen to at some stage, if I can remember where I put 'em. A friend just showed me a rare Jacques Brel lp (that he does have) that someone's trying to sell on Discogs for 5000 euros - but that's merely greedy insanity. I'd say 102 pounds is still pretty steep. 99p is much more kind on the pocket and the conscience. Besides, the Pogues are excellent :) are you reeling about the living room drunkenly to MacGowan's hoots? x

Indeed - the August flight to Los Angeles has now been altered to a road trip to Nova Scotia....which may soon devolve into a day trip to see a roadside attraction in Maine, if I'm not careful. The Fall! Never did manage a show, did we? :P Would love to hear about it. x

Yes, I don't actually know if that particular northward adventure will come off or not... wish they were playing down here, not just in London, which can be such a pain to get back from. I spent one night on Three Bridges platform travelling back from a gig: freezing cold at 4am put me off London gigs for months. Good luck with Manchester!
