Finished watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. Mixed feelings: very good anime, but I'm tired of "time travel" stories. There is enough such titles - Steins;Gate, Mirai Nikki, Natsu no Arashi, Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo, etc. Rated it 9/10. Soundtrack - 10/10, Eiko Shimamiya's songs are awesome https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAVYCSXAlv0 . Thank you for your recommendation, I'm glad that watched Higurashi.

Hey, thanks for reminder! Higurashi has been on my backlist of things to watch; I just recently picked up Umineko no Naku Koro ni (the manga series) which, if I remember correctly, is by the same publisher. I'll definitely check it out though!

So my HDD exploded a long time ago. Reinstalled things, got and SSD, reinstalled things again since then. Lost a few months worth of changes to my Music library but otherwise thankfully had a backup. x.x school kept me busy then I had to wipe and reinstall windows. Also got tired of Windows media player butchering my music file's tags and names. so I when through time experimenting with other media players, tried songbird, that ate tags as well sometimes and didn't handle the music library as delicately as I needed. Finally got to Foobar and it's awesomeness, spent a lot of time fixing tags and other things and came to the realization that foobar doesn't support media ratings per-say. Windows media player when asked to write those values to files didn't really do it ... kindly so that other programs can read it. So I lost all my ratings... for over 19000 music files. You can understand now why it took so long to fix so many tags and remaks some of my playlists again. but it's worth it. music hasn't sounded so good and file's haven't been handed with such care in a long time. P.S. ReplayGain FTW
