It's ok I guess, only listened to it twice, will probably need more to sink in. Radiohead for me is more The Bends / OK Computer, haven't given the other stuff much time at all. Have you listened to it yet?

Well I'm pretty sure that if bands want to get there they have to be somewhat big, flights over to Australia and so cost a fortune from here :P What degree you wanna get before moving to europe and where abouts in europe would you move to? Well, Finland also gets a 35 degree heat wave during the summer. What do I do for a living? At the moment I am a law student, pretty hard and boring but has some exciting moments here and there, what do you do?

Yeah, I love living in Melb lol. Swans, B&S, Ulcerate - 3 gigs in 4 days... I might give the B&S one a miss just for a break / because my wallet tells me to.

Ha, still packing, unlucky.. I thought the Ulcerate album lacks the variety to be called a great album, but it's still quite a good listen - I reckon it'll be amazing live too. You're right about the title track, just like their last album Everything Is Fire, it's the best on there :P

Damn it, WP is down, now what the hell am I meant to waste my time browsing. What did you think of the new Ulcerate?

Hey there, yup I'm a pretty big Primordial fan, can't say there's much that they've done that I haven't loved. I believe they'll be releasing a new album this year, so I look forward to that. But I've also really liked Blood Revolt, have you heard them? Guitarist and drummer from Axis of Advanced, and Nemtheanga from Primordial on vocals, so it's basically blackened death/'war' metal but with Nemtheanga providing some pretty deranged vocals.

it doesn't matter what genre hes it is, Devin always produces the goods. I have devlab, but never really got into it, but i am downloading hummer and ill see how i go. Can you suggest a good album of "Summoning" to get into, i like quite a few of their songs but i'm not sure which album i should start off with.

That's true, Godspeed are a lot bigger than I thought - they sold out the same venue three nights in a row when I saw them. 20 minute long instrumental songs aren't supposed to be as popular as that : P Epoch is looking promising, they're launching it with a show at a tiny venue next month, which should be fun. What do you think of the new Agalloch album?

Yeah that's too bad! If I was in a band I would go to Australia all the time! Haha, you should definitely go to FInntroll. They are going to put on a great show I bet! Right now I live in Alberta in Canada. Whereabouts in Australia are you from?

Yeah, at least he could have set kind of a countdown until he takes the community down..so that people can exchange contacts and stuff..fortunately we're both on lastfm (; new good bands? well..i got to listen to lots of new bands the last time, but dunno if they're new for you as well (; i really like spiritual music and so I came to check out WARDRUNA. I love them..you probably have to be in the right mood..we were driving though western norway..everything was white of snow..the water in the dark fjords without any movement..the giantic black fjells above..and then listening to Wardruna. Oden - that was the pure beauty of life!

At the moment, I am heading off to bed dude, sorry. :( Heading off to Perth soon? Good luck with that mate. I am sure you'll enjoy Perth very much. I still have your CD in my drive, so it's still there, whenever I want to listen to some. lol

Hmm ok, think I'm going to rethink about subscribing then. I've never used the free last.fm radio though. Only thing what would be interesting, is the fact you can see who's looking at your profile then xD. I think I can spend those 3 euro's in a better way. Anyways good luck with moving out ! I really hope the high water levels in Australia aren't any problems for you :O.

Godspeed and Primordial actually, Tool are one of those bands I've heard are good but I've never listened to. Godspeed were excellent live, I was surprised to see two drummers, very shiny stuff. I got into them early last year and they reformed shortly afterwards, so it was lovely timing ^ ^ Is Australia a little too out of the way for a lot of bands to drop by?

Nope, haven't seen Nile so far,and if they're good as you say they are live then I'm looking forward to it even more :D Too bad the bands of this particular genre are doing mostly European tours,no reason not to expand them a bit...anyway, I'm also excited about seeing Primordial once again, one of the best bands I've seen as far as the performance goes..not that they aren't excellent as it is :D Just found out today about Rotting Christ)Omnium Gatherum gig here in May,I'm sure as hell not missing that either! :D What about there? You didn't mention what city you live in(Western Australia is a bit general:P) :)
