Haha well I'm glad my review was helpful. I went with my friend who was also impressed by ChthoniC and bought their latest cd, so I gave it a listen when we got home and it's awesome. So far, my favorite song is Forty-Nine Theurgy Chains (mostly cuz I remember how incredible and atmospheric it was live), although I love the chaotic part near the end of Rise of the Shadows, from 3:00 til the end of the song.

I know. They put on a really good show. They came a shit ton of times like 2004-2006, so I find it odd they haven't really toured the last few years except TOC. They will come again I'm sure and you can see them! I just felt though that their newer material while I do enjoy it doesn't make for as good of a show. I saw them right after coll:set came out and that was one killer show.

Ah, yes they are. Definitely one of my favorite bands. I've seen them live 3x but haven't seen them in like 2 years so I need to see them again! I notice you were at the vamps show in NY! It was really good wasn't it? I really had a good time.

Some of my favourite songs are Vivid Colors, Stay Away, Driver's High, New World and Lost Heaven. Again, these are only a few of all the good ones. They've made tons of awesome music :). You should check them out, all of 'em! Btw did you ever see L'Arc live? I noticed they'd been to the US for a few concerts. Did you get the chance to see them?
