Yeah, Porcupine Tree reminds me of Katatonia but just not nearly as dark. Good but its not what Im into atm, havnt even listened to Katatonia in like a year really lol.

Oh yeah I agree their new album isnt that great, but I still found a couple of good songs in there. Mainly just because some of the drumming style and a few riffs. They did make it sound quite epic with their breaks from the normal music to violin/etc. I was drawn into that shit for a while. It could have been alot better though, but what should we excpect. Its metal nonetheless.
