I believe the proper practice is to shout out in turn using my profile so I get the notification, you damned Slovak. So four months later, here's my reply. Magnum opus may be a complete failure but it's a piece of work that usually falls outside an artist's oeuvre. I still only listen to it about three times a year but it's my fav 'jobb release.

Ninetynine... it's not just about the sounds, it's about the wondrous feelings it induces. Haujobb's most relevant album in the long run. When you call it a magnum opus -- I imagine something grandiose and very popular. This album stands misunderstood and lonely. It came out of nowhere and will be forgotten. But yes, in the hindsight, it is their best.

Would you agree that Ninetynine is Haujobb's magnum opus? I've been a Solutions fanboy for years but I'm coming around on the follow-up. I can't think of another single album that sounds even close to it.

Man, I have brilliant taste. Lately I've been listening to a lot of Hey Rosetta, a Canadian/Newfie indie rock band.

Of course I listen to Winter Equinox, you recommended on your blog some time back! :)

The Slip is better but a bit too With Teeth Pt. 2. You're listening to obscure Canadian post-rock! I actually saw Winter Equinox open for my friend's band back in 2004 or so.

It's a nice background music. Some parts are too deja-vu-ish. This opinion is a subject to change without notice.
