"I'm nobodys fan, cause being a fan makes you lose your mind!" — Nope, das sind nur die Teenies, die sich extrem über Musik definieren, da sie noch in der Entwicklung stecken. Als Angehöriger der Ü40-Fraktion sehe ich den Kontrast täglich: meine Kinder und Leute in meinem Alter. Als Teenie fühlst du dich persönlich angegriffen, wenn jemand "deine" Band nicht mag, weil sie Teil deiner Identität ist. Später verschwindet das komplett und sowas hinterlässt höchstens ein müdes Lächeln.😎

Bei mir wars tatsl nur als Teeie. Ich war Fan von jmd mit älterer Zielgruppe. Rückblickend war die Fandom sehr toxisch. Lauter Ü40, teils Ü50 Jährige die sich noch immer so über Musik definierten, die perversesten Fanfictions schrieben und diesen Star anhimmelten bis zum geht nich mehr. Einige hatten echt nen Schrein! Wer nicht dem typischen Standardfan entsprach, der seit 25 Jahren dabei ist, wurde rausgeekelt. Als Jüngste die auch noch die neuen Alben mochte und dadurch Fan wurde, hatte ichs echt schwer. Die fühlten sich echt dadurch schon beleidigt wenn jmd deren liebste Alben nicht am besten fand! Bei einigen hört es leider nie auf! Ich kam irgendwann aus der Pubertät und realisierte, dass dieser Musiker überhaupt nicht so toll ist, wie ich wünschte. Ich hab so gelitten in der Fandom und bin froh davon losgekommen zu sein! Obwohl das schon Jahre her ist, schmerzen die Erinnerungen manchmal bis heute, das hat mich geprägt wie nix anderes. Deshalb seh ich Fansein so kritisch.

Nicht wirklich. Klassik ist bei mir sträflich unterrepräsentiert. Ebenso Punk. Ich habe tatsächlich mehr Spielesoundtracks als Punk Rock. Ich habe auch eher wenig deutsche Musik, wobei ich daran durchaus arbeite. Die Übersicht zeigt standardmäßig 25 Elemente an. Dies einfach hochschrauben auf 250. Findest du direkt über den ersten Einträge. Zumindest am PC.

Die Musik von Halestorm hatten wir neulich bereits miteinander gemein. Neu am Start sind aktuell Kim Wilde und Linkin Park. Anders ausgedrückt: Es hat sich nichts geändert. Ein Hoch auf die Vielfalt der Musik! :)

Hey, thank you! Not just LastFm is filled with a lot of assholes, the whole internet is, and I think it's getting worse every day. :/ Yes, you could consider me as some sort of feminist, but I din't like the word because of it's negative connotations.

I understand! The negative connotations come from people deeply misunderstanding the feminist movement. Don't be afraid to adopt the label and dismantle the stereotypes that people have on feminism. Either way, keep spreading the positivity! this place (and the internet in general) absolutely need it.

Vielleicht haben wir ja alle einen mehr oder weniger schlechten Geschmack. 🤔😅 Oh, schwierige Frage, die Ärzte haben echt schon viel gemacht. Was kennst du denn schon von ihnen? Ich fange beim Entdecken einer Band meistens mit dem Album an wovon ich schon eine oder mehrere Singles kenne. Und dann die folgenden Alben chronologisch vorwärts oder rückwärts. Bei mir war es "Jazz ist anders" weil ich durch "Junge" auf die Ärzte gekommen bin. :)

Hey, danke. Das stimmt schon, irgendwo ist alles nur Ansichtssache. Aber ich hör dummerweise genau das was überall als schlecht betitelt wird. Ich habe mich schon öfters gefragt ob es überhaupt objektiv schlechte Musik gibt. Naja, irgendwer muss den Mist ja hören, und scrobbeln. Dann bin das wohl ich! :D

Als gemeinsame Artists werden zzt. Nightwish, Halestorm und Texas genannt. So schlecht kann dein Geschmack also nicht sein. :D – Im Gegenzug ist es nicht gesund, (durchweg) die Musik zu hören, welcher gefühlt 90 % der Menschheit mindestens ein Ohr leihen. Auf Diversität im musikalischen Sinne wird gebaut. *hehe*

no i don't but i make friends with many cats in my neighborhood :D. oh can't believe someone would abandon this beautiful little animal :'(. whoever did such a thing must have a heart of stone. thankfully now you've been taking good care of her. she deserves to live happily ever after :))

That's true! Sometimes I am afraid that LastFm will be gone in a few years. I mean, there used to be more users here. And so many of these "old" Websites have gone in the past years. Like Myspace. I wish I had discovered LastFm 10 years earlier. I think it would say a lot about my youth! :D
