That's actually pretty funny. The new BTMI! is probably tied for my favorite with Goodbye Cool World. Album Minus Band comes next, then Long Island. I didn't feel that way at first, but I'm pretty sure that's where I stand now. Maybe I'll feel that way about the new SM too. Musically, it's growing on me, but I still feel like lyrically, it's missing something. Some great lines though.

It's one of those cases where if this were by any other band, it'd be amazing. But it's probably Kalnoky's worst work. Still great, but not comparable to anything he's done lyrically. Musically, it holds its own. I don't think it's as good as the new BTMI! from earlier this year. Oh, and good stuff listening to Burning Spear.

It's good, but kind of disappointing. Especially lyrically. After this long a wait, 10 songs is kind of a ripoff too. I think Kalnoky's out of ideas.

As far as I can see, most of the ones that are easy to find aren't that different from each other, so they're all good. I started with Rockin'Steady, but as I said, most of them have roughly the same song selection, and then you can find his rarer tracks on soulseek.

Haha. After listening to Wu-Tang Forever, I have a few thoughts. It's not *nearly* as fun as 36 Chambers. Wayyyy too serious, not enough crazy ninja samples. The highlights are easily Inspectah Deck and Method Man, who don't have a single bad verse between them. And it proved my ODB theory. He sucked on Forever, but was awesome on 36 Chambers, and I missed him.

It's funny. After talking with you about Wu-Tang Clan, I tried them again, and now I can't stop listening to them. I just nabbed Wu-Tang Forever (still have to listen to it), but suddenly 36 Chambers is one of my top 3 rap albums.

That's interesting. I'm totally in love with ATCQ, and I'm still working on the Wu-Tang. I mean, it's great stuff, but yeah, I don't like it as much. It's still growing on me though.

Yeah, I got that acoustic show and a full band record. The only difference is that he picks individual notes on the guitar instead of just strumming, and there's a drummer. It's good, but it's still pretty mellow.

Johnny Hobo's pretty good. I sometimes wish it wasn't so...mellow. I like my folk-punk kinda mellow, but I wish they sometimes would just get really really noisy and pissed off like Defiance, Ohio sometimes does. Still, pretty good band. Thanks again.

Just the Best Party is the one I started with. It's pretty accessible, and it has a lot of their best songs on it. It's also not too long.

Well, my anti-emo stance is really anti this new school approach to emo that has nothing to do with its roots. People who think Bright Eyes and Dashboard Confessional and Hawthorne Heights are emo. That's what I'm against. I have no problems with Rites of Spring or Sunny Day Real Estate or basically any real emo.
