idk they're just extremely nihilistic, asshole punks who make some of the most fucked up, funny music ever. It's not taking itself seriously at all, but it's still delivering a powerful message, which may or may not be satire. They supposedly hated the punk scene, they were rebelling against the super trendy nature of punk music. They actually strayed incredibly far away from punk on their next album, probably just to piss off their fans. I adore them for how real they are. Their music is 10/10.
