So glad you dig those bands! Glad to have been a reliable source of music awesomenesszors! I've also been getting into this band called Dom. They're kitschier than the previous bands, but they have a really playful, drugged-up approach to psychedelic pop.

The first track on Mobius Beard is bomb, but yeah, Copy kind of works better as background or driving music. I've been listening to a lot of electronic instrumental stuff because it goes along great with my endless monotonous internship. The Flashbulb is too eclectic for me to form an opinion based on what I've heard so far, both in the style and quality of his songs. Some of his stuff reminds me of Kid Loco, I'll have to check out some more. That's so cool that you guys ended up staying so late! I envy the stamina of young people, except for Annie hehe. I crapped out because I was bummed out by the quality of DJ's/venue compared to Future Fest, which was AWESOME! You should check it out if you will be closeby; I'm gonna be in China. Are you going back to H-town when you graduate?

Klaxons are my favorite from the genre. Shitdisco is also fun.

I love them, I don't care if everyone says nu-rave is dead. I downloaded their demos a couple of years ago and was so excited when their real CD was actually better! A lot of bands--like The Virgins, Arctic Monkeys, White Rose Movement, etc--make suckier versions of their songs when they get into real studios.

"Spacewalker" is a neat little interlude kinda like "Introspective" on PTA. "Miles Away" is a very cool song. It's got a great dance groove and I love the odd, squeaky synth they use during the refrain. Gore's background vocals help as usual too lulz. What do you think?

a gem indeed...i like the energy it starts with and the layers of complexity that slowly build. It's got a lot going on but isn't too cluttered. This album really is good isn't it?
