Well while playing my songs, I realize when i'm close to a milestone. and Write down the track. As you see the # updates with every track you play. How I did it at least.

Well for the badges, go to http://users.pandora.be/McKillaboy/McKillaboy.LastFMBadges/...and for all the album pictures and such I just find a good picture of the album and host it at the smallest setting on imageshack. Other than that, the rest of it is just formatting and html. eh!
