Based on what? Your different taste maybe? I've compared to my ratings to many other people, and mine are better. That's of course for me, but I can point to justifications too. What kind of music do you like? Do you review thousands of items that aren't specifically for you? I do, so in a way I'm a shit-eater, sure. I just try to make sure that other people don't have to go through all the shit that people like you recommend brainlessly. And you only complain. Please, use some more effort if you like to do that. Maybe write reviews, even a review about me. The thing you said is literally nothing. Recommend some complex music instead, for example. I would also be glad if you actually pointed to some issues in my reviews. There are probably many, of course. Try to separate things from each other too, now you're just a vague cluster of hate. Perhaps it's simply that you like more repetitive, modest, conventional? Or maybe you don't like loose connotations? Who knows? You should SPEAK.

I suggest we do a project where we rate and review the same 10 random albums, 5 random top chart albums, 5 albums we don't like so much, and 5 favourites. Compare the reviews and discuss. It might be that we like or dislike very much the different aspects in the albums, or perhaps there's some similarities too. But it's not something objective, except that we have then tried to approach the subjectivity more objectively in a way. In a well-built system, you could also get automatic recommendations based on people whose taste is the opposite of yours.

1. Do you mean why I don't listen to songs on repeat, or don't even repeat them later so many times? - I guess this is quite obvious, since I'm into new and complex stuff, and I usually inhale, both feel and analyze the song immediately so I don't need repeats. Perhaps one repeat if there was some disturbance (e.g. noise elsewhere), or more repeats if there are other people and they want to dance to it again. 2. Or do you mean how I listened to Nightshadow by Bloodthorn 31 March? - It seems to be some scrobbler error/setting, it was apparently scrobbled every two minutes, but was only playing once, a 12 min song played in 12 min, with 6 scrobbles. It's actually the official Last.fm app on Android, scrobbling from the browser's Media Session API. I don't care to try do anything about it, it seems there's no setting for that in the app at least. Anyway, there could be some other cases where I might for example fall asleep and repeat is on for some odd reason.

I don't listen to music very much. Of the 18 years (not including this), I've listened to more music than you on average (of the the years) only on 6 years. So you'd beat me on 12/18 years. My average would be 11886 per year (if we imagine this year was full), for you it's higher, 13321 per year (again a false number since this year isn't over yet).

Also, you've found new artists relatively nicely, 1 new artist per 9.5 tracks, slightly less than I, 1 new artist per 8.6 tracks. So basically, I've just listened to music (in last.fm at least) more than you. Perhaps I've rated more albums too, and at least reviewed, but the speed might not be that great (for reviews though, it's apparently some of the fastest in the world, which is kind of weird, since I don't think I do it so much).

I love fun. Did you know, there's no objective fun. I have lots of fun with many things. They might be different from what you like. But feel free to give some recommendations you think are fun. Or perhaps some examples where I haven't seen the same fun you found? Also there can be many fun things where I might find some negative aspects too, but that doesn't really affect the fun so much. Stop clustering things together imprecisely, and realize there are many different styles. Whereas now you are actually the one who's trying to kill fun. My response might not seem fun because it's many words instead of, say, jumping and eating ice cream. But don't worry about it.

I can't say for sure because I didn't listen to it fully, and I can't say it's fun for other people. But this is kind of one of my ideas of fun. Clearly, when something lower energy normal music appears, I might not think it's so fun, since I've heard so much more playful music.

Or for example check out a dub EP "Dirt & Junkride" by Nexda. Only 4 people have rated it for some reason. I'm having fun (not totally but it's still good fun), most people aren't (or hopefully they are, but they still have more boring material for their fun, whereas I'm fortunate since I keep digging).

Please, use your words instead. I'd guess you don't know my taste. Maybe I didn't like some of your favourite bland mellow releases on RateYourMusic? We might just have somewhat opposite tastes. I like complex and energetic, not tame and cool. Surely it sometimes can get a bit goofy, like Dream Theater I listened to over 10 years ago, and new albums to check. I also will go through so many kinds of music; perhaps you thought that's my taste? For example lately I've been listening to music from 1986 only. Most music is not very good. You would need quite much details to know what the taste is like. It's not that I'd think all brutal and playful (things that I like) would be good, and I'm not just categorically dismissing some more boring restricted things such as reggae. It's a combination of multiple things. I challenge you to open up and do some more diverse listening and analyzing. I could do that too, e.g. focus on lyrics more, even if I'd prefer literature separately.
