I get the impression that you're probably already familiar with these bands, but I didn't see them in your charts: Scale the Summit, Caligula's Horse, Leprous, Russian Circles. They're on the prog metal side of things, and the vocals are either clean or it's completely instrumental, so these might be good options since you enjoy bands like Animals as Leaders, Cynic and The Helix Nebula. Hopefully you like any of those suggestions - good luck in the marathon of discovering good music.
