@thesquishyfishy: Electronic Music isn't a genre, it's merely a term used to refer to electronically produced music. Neither is Dubstep a subgenre of anything. It's an individual genre of which does have musical similarities, but is different nonetheless.

dubstep is not a subgenre of dnb... dubstep came from uk garage/2-step music..
