I love mellotrons and that's why I found Spring. I'm fan of their sound. 3 mellotronists in the band. Music for my ear!

A chap who just happened to mention he loved prog rock in passing one day at work gave me a copy of this brilliant album,at that time it was out of print and very rare,its a bloody good album though,so thanks to Steve for his generosity .

I recently discovered the rare unreleased tracks ("Spring Two") and even if they are pretty weak compared to that classic timeless gorgeous classic album they made, I have to say that just hearing that guy's incredible voice is enough to keep me happy. He's right up there with the dude from Family.

That picture is the worst ever. It looks like SClub&'s retarded cousins. LOVE the t-shirt with Funky written on it. That's class. Ugly might have been better though.

The picture is from some obscure teenie-band. The real Spring were a superb prog-band from England. Last.fm should do something about this.
