wha..but..what? I swear I've seen your request before and added you. I guess I'll chalk it up to final exam confusion.

Yep, that's me. Maybe I should have asked you who you were BEFORE accepting, but well met good sir, in any case.

king krule is really good. "The Noose of Jah City" is terrific, and I even dig the whole out-of-tune singing.

did you listen to Toronto's Loveless? It's basically a group of indie artists from Toronto getting together and pay tribute to 20th anniversary of Loveless. I am in love.

yeah, they will have plenty of time to figure out their own sounds, but my god, they do have a great ears for terrific hook.

sound like all the awesome indie alternative band from the 90s. you could say their music is still very derivative, and it's hard not to be reminded when listening to them. but still, if you can be derivative and can write hooks/melody that well, that's good enough for me. The closer "Rubber" is probably a MBV homage. SO SHOEGAZEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

ugh, i hate how unfairly beautiful that album is. i told one of my friends to listen to What You Want, and this is what he had to say: "why do the vocals sound so small? why does it sound so low quality? i can't hear the rhythm of the guitars. there's no rhythm at all".
