Fine mix of old and new. Especially love your 80s sensibilities and gig commentary. "Andy Ellison crowd surfed and his knee hit my head" - nothing's changed there. I saw him scale a balcony at Shepherd's Bush Empire a couple of years ago. Your "Billy Idol signed my beermat" is on a par with my "Bono stopped me in a corner shop and asked me the way to the London Dungeons" :)

<<<<<<Then within a couple of weeks on the 5th November we have Bonfire Night (or Guy Fawkes Night) where we celebrate the failure of the Gunpowder plot on the Government in London, and we have firework displays, bonfires, jacket potatoes, toffee apples, parkin etc, and hopefully a great evening with some beers added in! Then it's the slow run up to Xmas.......!!! These are the few things that make winter sufferable! All the best Andy

Hi, many thanks for your kind wishes. The leaves are yellowing here too, the Boston ivy is also getter redder and redder, the morning air has a nip to it. So much for looking forawrd to a long hot summer - it totally missed us completely. We're still awaiting the first strong wind of the autumn which will blow the first Horse Chestnuts (conkers) from the trees. My son loves to collect them (being a great big kid so I! - looking for conkers is just one of the childish things I cannot grown out of!)) Then we will take them home open them outside. I never fail to be amazed at how nature works, delivering these beautiful polished brown / auburn chestnuts in their green padded thorny shells, it is just a constant delight to open these little things........then they get put in bag in the garage, to be thrown away!!!! We never play with them at all - silly really but it's a kind of annual autumnal ritual. >>>>>>

Hi Andy! We're having a wonderful Autumn here. Crisp air in the morning and temperature in the 70s-80s during the day. The rich Fall colors are gorgeous right now. May your week be full of wonderful things! Rock on! ♫

Morning. Saw you in Skids' Masquerade - and I completely agree. Fine, fine band, but that's such an amazing track.

Hi, I saw several of your comments on Sia's 'Breath me' and your avatar beckoned! I used to love Gordon The Gopher (I still do actually, but don't tell anyone! ><) and had one of those puppets, I remember that it had a little plastic bellybutton, ha! Anyway, great profile you've got here, I especially love your paradoxical solitude/company issue!

Hi Andy, great to hear from ya,nothing wrong with your about me section mate, besides music, football, beer and snacks what else is there lol, actually I can think of a couple of things but at 50 you've probably given up the one and don't get much of the other lol.By the end of the year I'll have been to 10 gigs and one festival so I've been busy boy lol.You could support a worse team mate,I think Leeds will be in the Premiership before much longer and I'm a fan of Simon Grayson and like the style of football you play,so ok supporting Leeds as been a bit up and down over the last decade or so but wouldn't it be boring to support a team like Man U (sorry for mentioning them to a Leeds fan lol) I support West Brom I was a season ticket holder for years up until this season but I am going to watch us get spanked by Liverpool tomorrow lol.I sent you a friends request will you accept it I mean us oldies have to stick together especially ones with such good taste in music as us lol cheers Ian.
