Meh. I only really like the singles. The rest sounds like a retread and kind uninteresting. You?

Yeah the show I saw was a standard concert. They did say they enjoyed touring the U.S. and got a good reception and wouldn't wait so long to come back next time! :)

I discovered them with their first and only big U.S. hit, Virtual Insanity in 97! But didn't fall in love with them until about 2005 when I rediscovered them before almost throwing that CD out, but gave it one more listen! Glad I did! By then they had just finished touring here until they finally came back, last year. :(

Just did! Meh. I'm over Tuxedo. I want Mayer to return to his own solo music. All the Tuxedo stuff is basically the same and it's grown boring. Loved the first Tuxedo album though and the new song is ok, but nothing special really.

To an extent I can see the homogeneousness of the tuxedo stuff. I did like the addition of the female singer on II. July is a killer track. Its only two albums, so I don't mind so much. I love Mayer's two latest albums so much. Where does this door go is still his best work in my opinion. His body of work is very impressive. I can't say that most artists I like have a catalog of 90% keepers.

Yeah "Where Does This Door Go?" is my fav too! I also liked the song July! His latest solo album "Man About Town" was probably my least fav of his solo albums. He needs to do something new or try to expand upon what he achieved on "Where Does This Door Go?". I think he has build an impressive catalogue so far, but he needs to keep it fresh. His last couple efforts have been a little stale.

btw: I don't see any new entries at your music blog, Volume 11, since 2013 :-( What happened? ... I'd love to hear also your feedback on my music (further info in my "about me" on my profile), since you said you love "All music": my music is instrumental/minimalistic kind of piano/violin...

Hello Daniel, I saw you visiting the lastfm tools group last month. What do you think about your wavegraph? It shows your top100 artists over >3 years. I can see at least 4 phases in your listening history where your artists shifted... I added also a zoomed-in version (since 2014 March), so you can see more details of the recent trends... Don't forget to look at the existing graphs of the other >1150 lastfm users. Any feedback (in group [group]Musicology[/group]) is appreciated.

Ya! Just in the last month alone, you've listened to the very best in every single genre haha. I love it!! I see that you've listened to Elton John's new album. What did you think of it?

Early Pink Floyd as in when Syd Barrett was still in the band, Pipers At the Gates Of Dawn-era? Very cool, if so. I got some Pet Shop Boys and Little Drago on vinyl, but haven't had a chance to play them yet. I got an iPad and so far I've been obsessing over Bjork's Biophilia app... :-)

I definitely recommend it. There's loads of detail on how the individual albums were made, including on how with The Dreaming she and the engineers subsisted on this really unhealthy diet of takeaways/fast food and kept appalling hours... not the image I had of her at all, and quite funny when you stop and think about it :-D

My relationship with Aerial is weird, I admit. I was hugely excited on its release, it being the 1st Kate album in 12 years, but you're right, I just haven't listened to it much since. It does take me a while with her, though, sometimes. I didn't really "get" Hounds Of Love, for example, until about a year ago...

No problem. I'm actually listening to her on Spotify, but if you type in Vicci Martinez into iTunes you can find it too. I think it's here: http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/vicci/id534247042

Hi Dude. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I could see that you are listening to the album's Vicci Martinez. Did you find any link to download or downloaded on iTunes? If found please pass me link. Thank you.
