Thanks trillwave. Yeah, I've listened to them..but it's been a while. Seminal Vampires always stood out for that awesome cover art. You like them? Have you heard Bloody Phoenix? More of that old school grind sound - ex Excruciating Terror.

I liked the Bloody Phoenix album btw. I used to be really into metal and some grind but just haven't been listening to it much the last few years. Would I be really off base to say it kind of reminded me of Frightmare? Idk, I used to be really into the Razorback Records sound back in the day. No idea if they're still around or not. The drumming really impressed me on Death To Everyone.

I had never heard of Frightmare, and took a quick listen to one of their albums. I can see some comparisons, though Frightmare seems to be more about the horror and gore and what not. Cool stuff, so I threw it in my spotify albums list - so I will give you a more detailed account once I get to it, haha. But, yeah, definitely a similarity in sound. If you are considering getting BACK into metal, they (Frightmare) reminded me of a personal favorite - Exhumed.
