I assure you I haven't. Just accept the fact that I listen to 71 tracks of music a day and you only listen to 70! B)

Wow, I didn't realize we were so close! Even our last.fm join dates are really close together...and I never noticed! Crazy. I blame my listening of lengthy jazz tracks as to why you are ahead, though. That's my story, I'm sticking to it!

It was much better than I was expected! I'm not sure how much I like it, but I keep going back so it must do something right. I wish I was more familiar with modern hip-hop though...I feel like a poser when I try and listen to any!

I will, just for you. <3 I was planning on doing it eventually but I haven't really heard much Kanye besides College Dropout so I was discouraged.

Well, I like to experiment! That's only calculated from the past 3 months, so take it with a grain of salt. It used to be calculated by "overall" but that's no fun.

But it just feels like our tastes have grown apart! Although, there are many artists that you have listened to lots of that I should at least get a feel for. I could do with listening to a bit more Radiohead and...hell, even Ray Charles wouldn't hurt.

I listen to more than enough indie! It's just not the same indie stuff as you. :P

The face matched the column but it's the last name that tipped me off. I did, felt like the sexual orientation was played up a ton but out of all the Evergreen content it was certainly a highlight.

Checked to see who created the [artist]El Ten Eleven[/artist] event in Pullman. Saw the name and looking at your photo I didn't see anyone else that It could possibly be but you.

Bikini Kill is probably the best example of a riot grrl artist. Sadly I don't know them as well as I should but their song "Rebel Girl" is really awesome and defines the genre. Sleater-Kinney and L7 are cool too, though. They all have different sounds although they are grouped together.

Riot grrl is basically all-female or female-driven punk rock groups. Known for taking on feminist issues and such. I just find them interesting and a few of them are really good. Many of them are also local to the Washington area so that's cool too.

Lots of golden age hip-hop/gangsta rap, like Public Enemy. Also been getting into "riot grrl" female bands from the 90s and such. I've just started getting into a little jazz, though, with Miles Davis. Don't know how much it will catch on though.

Compatibility is only Very High now, though. Guess I need to listen to more Lady Gaga? :P

Oh jesus, it was amazing. I mean, it was almost a week ago and I am still raving about it to everyone and still high on the awesome factor. I held hands and fistpumped with this dude while we screamed to Engel, and then he disappeared into the crowd afterward. Oh life, how can you separate BFFs like that before they even meet?
