You probably use this site as infrequently as I do these days but I hope you are doing well, mate. Right now I am enjoying some of your music on YouTube and remembering the great community you built on LastFM with the Music Advice Centre? Good times discovering great music. :)

I don't know if you still use this website, but I have to thank you for your contributions to the (now defunct) last.fm forums. I'm currently addicted to Close Lobsters based on an old recommendation of your's! Thanks!!

Can we please be friends? This request is strictly based on your sidebar. Well, that and you listen to Pixies. I'm sure there are other favorable things I could find...but we can start there?

Before I forget, to the definition of Abstract Pop on the website of MAC, you might add a label which is called "Wurlitzer Jukebox" and also "Ghost Box" to the labels' section. :)

Oh yeah, you should write to your PM, it would definitely keep him interested or completely bored for that matter! But, more seriously, I think that more people should refer to it so that we could discover new bands in the same genre. :)

Hello! I've read your thread about Abstract Pop Anthems and discovered many new bands/songs so thanks a lot! :)

I think that TBM are also sharp musically. Every element from their music is very precise and punchy. Their songs contain drums, bass, synths, at least two different guitars, plus voice, and you can hear clearly everything. On the other side, Curve are darker and heavier than The Birthday Massacre. Both are awesome bands on their own.

I'm sorry for the late response, but in regards to The Human League and TAtD, I love that song and its parent LP "Octopus". I bought it last January in Minneapolis. THL really was always true to their muse, even when it wasn't fashionable. They got better with each record I felt.
